How do I take a good photo?

High-quality photos help the OCR scanner and verification team process your badge quickly.

  • Avoid glare from overhead lights or bright windows.
  • Place the badge on a dark, flat surface to improve contrast.
  • Ensure all four corners are visible and text is in focus.
  • Take separate clear photos of the front and back.

When will my vehicle be covered?

Coverage begins only after an administrator verifies your badge photos and approves the record. Please check your account page and confirm your badge status is shown as Approved before relying on coverage.

What if I change my car?

Open the Your Account area, add your new vehicle registration mark (VRM), and set it as Active. The active VRM updates immediately in your account.

What happens if I lose my badge?

Use the Report a Badge tool straight away. Administrators can review and revoke the registration to reduce misuse risk.
